1. About Ear Biscuit

Ear Biscuit is a consumer audio accessory designed to be used with compatible removable silicone or rubber earbud tips. Ear Biscuit is intended to help improve fit, comfort, seal, and retention for compatible earbud tips.

Ear Biscuit is not an earbud, not a replacement earbud tip, not a medical device, and not a hearing protection device.

2. Product Compatibility

Ear Biscuit is designed to work with many removable silicone or rubber earbud tips, but compatibility is not guaranteed for every earbud brand, model, tip shape, or tip material.

Ear Biscuit may not be compatible with all-foam tips, fixed/non-removable tips, filled-core tips, specialty tips, or tips that prevent Ear Biscuit from seating properly underneath the tip flange.

You are responsible for confirming that your earbuds and earbud tips are suitable for use with Ear Biscuit before use. Product descriptions, compatibility notes, images, and examples are provided for general guidance only.

3. Product Use and Safety

Use Ear Biscuit only as intended and only with compatible earbud tips.

Do not use Ear Biscuit if it appears damaged, torn, degraded, dirty, or unsafe. Discontinue use immediately if you experience discomfort, irritation, pain, pressure, allergic reaction, or any other adverse effect.

Ear Biscuit is a small product and may present a choking hazard. Keep away from small children and pets.

Ear Biscuit is not intended to diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any medical condition. It is not a substitute for medical advice or professional hearing protection. Always follow the safety instructions provided by your earbud manufacturer.

Use caution when wearing earbuds in situations where awareness of your surroundings is important, including while walking, running, cycling, driving, operating equipment, or participating in any activity where reduced environmental awareness may create risk.

4. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory limitations, or incorrect product information.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Shipping, taxes, and any applicable fees may be added at checkout unless specifically stated otherwise.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers, including Stripe. We do not store your full payment card information on our website.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times, delivery estimates, and related terms are described in our separate Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, incorrect shipping information, customs, payment review, or events outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Disputes

Returns, refunds, replacements, and order disputes are governed by our separate Returns, Refunds & Disputes Policy.

Because Ear Biscuit is a product used with in-ear audio accessories, return eligibility may be limited for hygiene, safety, or product condition reasons. Please review the Returns, Refunds & Disputes Policy before purchasing.

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions, pricing, images, colors, specifications, and availability. However, we do not guarantee that all information on the website will be complete, current, or error-free.

Ear Biscuit is designed to help improve the fit and performance experience of compatible earbud tips, but individual results may vary.

We do not guarantee that Ear Biscuit will prevent earbuds from falling out, improve comfort for every user, improve sound quality for every user, improve noise cancellation for every user, or work with every earbud tip.

Fit, comfort, seal, sound, and retention depend on multiple factors, including your ear shape, earbud model, tip size, tip material, installation, and usage conditions.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, product names, product designs, videos, layouts, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Microcosm2, LLC unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, sell, or use our content, branding, or product materials for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

“Ear Biscuit” and related names, graphics, logos, slogans, product designs, and branding elements may be protected by trademark, copyright, patent, trade dress, or other intellectual property rights.

Ear Biscuit may be marked or described as patent pending where applicable. Patent pending status does not guarantee that a patent will issue, and no rights are granted to you under any patent application, patent, trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property of Microcosm2, LLC.
